② Input the exactly same amount shown on Utransfer at once.
★ If your sending amount is splitted, the transaction is not recongnized.

③ Input your virtual account number shown on Utransfer.
④ If the recipient's name is displayed with your name, proceed the transfer. Once the transfer is done, overseas remittance begins.
[Reasons of failed deposit to the virtual account below]
- Deposit a wrong amount.
- Not deposit from the verified bank account.
- Bank account holder's name on the verified bank account is not matched with registered English name on Utransfer.
- Deposit to the virtual account after 1 hour from the transaction created (Passed due time)
- Deposit to the virtual account from ATM or branch.
- Verified bank account number is old account number. (Please check your bank book)
- Deposit from other payment services such as TOSS / Kakaopay / Wibee.
