You can cancel immediately by clicking 'Cancel' in the remittance details before the deposit is made after the remittance request.
However, if the virtual account deposit has been completed, cancellation, refund, and information modification are not possible.
1) Cases where cancellation is possible (Deposit pending status)
- If the virtual account deposit has not been completed after the application is completed
2) Cases where cancellation is not possible (Remittance in progress/complete status)
- If the virtual account deposit has been completed after the remittance is received
- If the payment is being processed at an overseas local bank or the payment has been completed
※ A refund fee will be charged for remittance failures caused by the customer's negligence, such as incorrectly entering the recipient information.
