The request of transaction can be cancelled as long as a deposit to virtual bank account is not yet completed.
Thus, once you complete the deposit to the virtual bank account, then you are not able to cancel the remittance.
1) Occassion that you can cancel a request of transaction (Waiting for deposit)
- If the depositing to the virtual bank account is not yet done after the transaction is requested.
2) Occassion that you can't cancel a request of transaction (Ongoing transaction / Completed)
- If the depositing to the virtual bank account is completed after the transaction is requested.
- The remittance is in a middle of processing on a local bank or the transaction is already completed.
※ If the remittance is not able to execute due to information error on the sender, the deposited money will be refunded accordingly to the refund policy of Utransfer.
