3) When sender wrongly input recipient's bank information
4) Limitation granted by a bank or governmental regulator with having a reasonable doubt on the transaction based upon internal compliance policy and AML, CFT and illegal activities related policies
5) Based upon any reasons which can be regarded as a reasonable to reject or grant a certain limitation
