SMS authentication errors can occur mainly in the following cases:
1) If the mobile phone is not registered under your name
2) If the number is already registered with Utransfer: Please contact the customer center.
3) If the text message is blocked as spam: You need to check the spam settings on your mobile phone
• SKT: Tworld > Additional services > Check spam history
• KT: olleh > Mobile additional services > Spam blocking service
• LGU+: U+ > Mobile additional services > Check spam history
4) Prepaid phone (cheap phone) A mobile phone registered under a name other than yours
• If the balance is insufficient
*Foreigners, please check if the mobile phone is registered under the alien registration number you currently have.
If the above reasons do not apply but you are not receiving the text message, please contact the customer center.
