After logging in, click [Account Management] > [Authenticate] > [ID] to check the reason for rejection in 'Status' and re-upload.
If ID verification is rejected, you must check the reason and re-upload the image for re-evaluation.
Please note that your ID may be rejected in the following cases.

• If the ID photo is blurry and information cannot be confirmed
• If the ID photo and subscription information do not match
• If the ID is not the target ID for non-face-to-face real-name verification
• If the old ID was used after the expiration date or reissue
• If the photo was edited
• If a scanned copy was taken and a copy was submitted
• If the ID is being renewed and cannot be submitted
