① Input the benenficiary's name in English.
② Input the beneficiary's Chinese local mobile number.
③ Input the beneficiary's Alipay ID (Mobile number or Email ID)
★ If the Alipay email Id is based on hotmail domain, the remittance can be limited.
[Things to know]
- Beneficiary must be China citizen.
- The remittance can be delayed if you transfer more than 50,000 CNY within 24 hours.
- You can transfer up to 7 transactions within 30 days. (It is based on the beneficiary side)
- The beneficiary should register the receiving bank account on the Alipay account within 24 hours after the transaction is made.
- The expiration date of the sender's ID should be remained more than 6 months to make the transaction successfully.
- Your transaction can be declined or requires an additional certificate depends on source of funds or sending purpose. (ex. a user whose occupation is Student, but the source of fund is Salary.)
- The arrival time can be different depends on the circumstances in beneficial country.
- Penalty fee is charged when you input the wrong beneficiary's bank information so please check the beneficiary's bank information again.
