Please check the below cases if the transaction is failed.
1. Alipay ID is not linked to a bank account.
2. Recipient's setting is not completed on Alipay APP.
3. Recipient's information is incorrect.
*Alipay ID's beneficiary does not match the name of the recipient for the transaction.
4. Alipay ID is using Hotmail as a domain.
5. Utransfer's network partner is under a maintenance.
6. The transaction is found to be used for illegal purposes such as voice phishing and money laundering.
7. Other legitimate reasons that is not mentioned from the above 1~6.
